I’ve been known to end my day dancing to whatever music moves me at the moment—Abba, The Beatles, Johnny Cash or Eminen—to name a few. But I’ve never kick started my day with a dance until this morning.
I got the idea from E-cubed, a great book on manifesting happiness, health and really anything you can imagine by Pam Grout. She listed off a number of happy tunes to get you going. I chose I Feel Good by James Brown.
I headed to my living room, cranked up the music and got into the groove (after my morning coffee in bed, of course). And I’ve had a smile on my face ever since.
It takes three or four minutes. That’s it. I say Give It a Try.
